Caipher Terms of Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Caipher ("Caipher," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), an iOS app developed and operated by Madigan Technologies LLC, a Florida company. By downloading, accessing, or using Caipher, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service. Caipher helps TikTok Shop affiliate creators track and appeal violations, manage brand relationships and offers, write video scripts, understand their TikTok results, and get answers from an AI assistant. Features may change, expand, or be removed over time.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use Caipher.

Your account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. If you sign in with Apple, Google or TikTok, their terms also apply. Tell us right away at support@madigantechnologies.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and payments.

  • Caipher offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro and Crack), billed monthly through the Apple App Store. What each plan includes, and its price in your currency, is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions), or from Caipher's Settings, Cancel or change plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Apple handles refunds under its own policies. Changing to a different plan takes effect as the App Store describes when you make the change.
  • Paid plans include monthly allowances (for example, a number of AI answers) shown in the app. We may change plan features or prices; a price change for an active subscription is communicated in advance as the App Store requires.
  • Features described as coming or in development are not part of any plan until they are released.

Acceptable use. You agree not to: use Caipher for anything unlawful; try to access the app, its systems or other users' data without permission; interfere with the app or its servers, or use automated means to access it; use Caipher to break TikTok's, TikTok Shop's or Google's rules; upload content you don't have the right to use; or reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law allows. We may suspend or end access for violations.

Connected accounts and third-party services. You can connect accounts such as Gmail and TikTok. Caipher relies on providers including Supabase, Google, Apple, TikTok, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Resend and Cloudflare. Your use of connected services is subject to their own terms. Caipher reads Gmail with read-only access and never sends email for you.

AI-generated content. Caipher uses artificial intelligence to draft appeals, replies, scripts, summaries, insights and answers. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is there to help you, not to replace your judgment: review it before you use it, including before you send anything to TikTok or a brand. We don't guarantee any result, such as an appeal being approved or a deal being won.

Your content. You keep ownership of what you create or upload. You give us a limited right to store and process it only to provide Caipher to you, as described in our Privacy Policy (caipher.dev/privacy-policy).

Disclaimers. Caipher is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Caipher is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Google, Apple, Anthropic or any brand shown in the app.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Madigan Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Caipher. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to what you paid for Caipher in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination. You can stop using Caipher and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Apple. These Terms are between you and Madigan Technologies LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Caipher or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any product, intellectual property or other claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and where these Terms conflict with it about the app license, these Terms apply to the extent the law and Apple allow.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Using Caipher after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
