How do I connect TikTok?

In Caipher, open Settings, then under Connections tap TikTok. TikTok's own sign in page opens and shows exactly what Caipher asks to read: your profile, your follower and like counts, and your public videos. You can turn off the optional ones. Caipher can't post, comment, like or change anything on TikTok.

To disconnect, tap TikTok in Settings, then Disconnect TikTok. Caipher asks TikTok to end its access and deletes your TikTok data at once. You can also remove Caipher in TikTok's own settings.

How do I connect Gmail?

In Caipher, open Settings, then under Connections tap Gmail. Google asks you to allow read only access. Caipher then finds the brand offers in the last 90 days of your inbox and in new mail as it arrives. It can't send, delete or change your email. Gmail is opening to new accounts in waves: if you see Join the list, you're on it, and you can connect as soon as your turn comes.

To disconnect, tap Gmail in Settings, then Disconnect Gmail. Caipher asks Google to end its access and deletes your synced email at once, or after 30 days if you choose to keep it in case you reconnect.

How do plans, billing and cancelling work?

Caipher has a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro and Crack), billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Each plan's features and its price in your currency are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancel or change your plan in your iPhone's Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or in Caipher's Settings, Cancel or change plan. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• New phone? Sign in to Caipher with the same account and tap Restore purchases on the plans screen.

Which plan includes Studio?

Studio, Caipher's video editor, is part of the Crack plan only.

Delete my account

You can delete your Caipher account and everything stored with it at any time, right in the app.

1. Open Caipher and sign in.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete account again to confirm.

What gets deleted: your account, your violations, brands, scripts, conversations, screenshots and synced email, your TikTok data and everything else stored with your account. Caipher also ends its Gmail and TikTok access. Everything is deleted at once; anything a failed deletion leaves behind is removed within 30 days, and encrypted backups roll off within 7 more days.

Your subscription: deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because Apple bills it. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

Can't open the app? Email support@madigantechnologies.com from the email address on your Caipher account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
